Getting started
Panels is a DRM-free comic reader with a powerful library and a reader you can tune to your taste. It's free to download, and Panels Premium unlocks the advanced features.
The first thing you need is something to read.
1. Get some comics
Panels reads the comics you already own — it never locks them to the app. If you're starting from scratch, see where to buy digital comics, including free and public domain sources.
Check supported files to make sure your files will open.
2. Bring them into Panels

3. Organize your libraries
A Panels library is just a folder. You can have several of them, keep one synced across devices with iCloud Drive, or lock private content behind a password.

4. Make the reader yours
Panels' reader has a lot of settings, and presets let you switch between them in a tap — one for manga, one with page curl for everything else.
From there, explore Panels View for panel-by-panel navigation, Live Text for selecting and translating text, and page filters for cleaning up old scans.
Your progress follows you between devices through reading sessions.
